Intune Inc. (hereinafter referred to as 'the Company') establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and related laws to protect users' personal information and to handle related grievances promptly and smoothly. This policy applies to the Shoffer AI service (hereinafter referred to as 'the Service') provided by the Company.

The Company collects the following personal information for service provision.

• When requesting consultation: Company name, contact person name, email, phone number, store URL
• Automatically collected during service use: Access IP, access date/time, browser type, cookies

• Service provision and operation: AI shopping assistant features, personalized recommendations, analytics dashboard
• Consultation and customer support: Inquiry response, consultation scheduling, service information
• Service improvement: Usage statistics analysis, service quality enhancement
• Marketing and promotion: New feature announcements, event information (with consent)

The Company promptly destroys personal information after the purpose of collection and use has been achieved. However, if preservation is required by relevant laws, it will be retained for the period prescribed by such laws.

• Records of contracts or withdrawal of offers: 5 years (E-Commerce Act)
• Records of payment and supply of goods: 5 years (E-Commerce Act)
• Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years (E-Commerce Act)
• Website visit records: 3 months (Protection of Communications Secrets Act)

The Company does not, in principle, provide users' personal information to third parties. However, exceptions are made when users consent or when required by law.

The Company promptly destroys personal information when the retention period expires or the processing purpose is achieved. Electronic files are permanently deleted using irreversible methods, and information recorded on paper is shredded or incinerated.

Users may exercise the following rights at any time.

• Request to view, correct, delete, or suspend processing of personal information
• Withdrawal of consent
